Relaxing weekend cook

Had a long work week and decided to do some BBQ Therapy cooking.
The Tri-Tip -

Cube it up -

A little Teriyaki Soak -

Onto the skewers -

And onto the heat -

Tri-Tip done -

Got some party wings too, Blues Hog rub & Habanero Death Dust for a kick -

They hung out around the volcano of fire with some cherry chunks -

So.. you know how when your enjoying the whole BBQ process and you forget about taking the final pictures of your efforts? Yeah, me too. Cheers!

Looks fantastic! What temp did you have the WSM cruising at for this cook?

I never paid attention to the temp, I have the WSM modified to have a raised 2nd grate for grilling so just the usual layer of charcoal for the skewers and then filled the vortex and let it rip. Thanks for lookin'.
