I have some brisket and some pork roast that I have frozen in Foodsaver bags. What is the best way to reheat the meat?

1. Place frozen Foodsaver bag in boiling water?

2. Let meat thaw out and then put bag in simmering water?

3. Other?

Thanks.

I go from the freezer to a pot of boiling water, then lower the heat to medium and continue to heat for about 20 mins.

To spell out what I do. I go frozen meat in to boiling water and then return the water to a simmer and take it off and let the bag rest three minutes. dig in.
