Hello Brothers,
I took the plunge and decided this weekend to clean up and re paint the two char griller off sets I have. This is long over due. I plan on taking the smokers apart and basically re building them with new hardware. I would appreciate any mods to consider other then inserting the heat baffel or lowering the stack, for I have done this and will re do during the rebulid. The original hardware left the cookers unstable and wobbly and I will focus on the base being better braced. Any suggestions in on what to fill the small openings around the stack where it meets the cooker? All suggestions in making these better smokers then they were would be appreciated along with any pics. Thanks for all your help in advance.
