Well, crap. I just got about 5# of boudin from Tim's latest road trip. You farks are going to make me have to cook some beans and rice to go with it...

One of these days, we need to get together. I bet we could put on one heck of a spread, even if you are from Texas! Nice looking beans Mike. If you can't find smoked sausage, I actually like polish kielbalsa better. However, if you PM me, I can get you some freshly smoked andouille.

Noah, I was actually born in California. But if it's any consolation, my father is from Louisiana. From the same city as Cajun Smoker, Monroe.

I'm sure we could get together and make quite a few people loosen up their belts!
