I'm sort of new here so I'm going to apologize for 2 sins. One for this possibly being in the wrong forum, and two for using my gas grill for the recipe. Next time I'll use my Double Chef.

Caught some blues this weekend and here's what I did:

Ingredients:
- Bluefish filets
- Cedar plank for grilling
- Pfeifer’s Caesar dressing
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- Brown sugar (save for last)

Cedar planks for grilling can be purchased from your local food or BBQ store.

1) Soak plank for 1 hour in water
2) Marinate filets in Caesar dressing and lemon juice for at least one hour
3) Preheat grill on high
4) Once the grill is preheated, heat the plank for 3 minutes each side
5) Add the filets, close lid, cook for 15 minutes.
6) After 15 minutes, Sprinkle the brown sugar on top, close lid, and allow to cook for another 5 minutes or until done.

It's a simple one and the bluefish was phenomenal. The result was that my wife told me to go fishing more. Now, who can argue with those results?!?

Sounds great and good timing. The future son in law caught some Bluefish and I get to cook it. I will give your recipe a try.
