Babbling Farker
First was smothered chicken. Cooked some mushrooms and onions and grilled some chicken. Put it all together with some honey mustard and Swiss. Served with a side of roasted Brussel sprouts tossed with garlic, Dijon mustard, oil, balsamic and shallots.

Was a great meal! Next meal was some pork. Got the recipe from an older shagdog post! Thanks was super good.




My wife loved the pork! So good. Then tonight took some prime rib out of freezer and warmed up with onion, garlic. Served on Texas toast with a blue cheese slather.

Then I realized I just skipped a night! Bird barrel night.



Chicken got away from me on skin side but was awesome!
