xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.
Anyone use the rapala rechargeable knife? I am looking for a cordless electric knife and am considering it. I see reviews that say it doesn't have much power and I would like it to cut some briskets.
A fully charged battery should last to slice one brisket. Any of us who fillet a lot of fish know the fish cleaning type of load kills the batteries quick. Shark blades work better with less draw on the batteries. But 10" blades are probably the longest you will find which might be a problem.

Don't waste your money. Battery might last for 1 brisket if the meat is real tender. This is a part time gimmicky knife. If you need portability then get an American Angler brand 12 volt. You can get a long cord and use it with any car battery. Plenty of power and blades are readily available if you ever needed them.
