Random drive by pron from this weekend

Figured some might enjoy some random food pron from this weekend. Enjoy!

Lunch one day was pulled pork drizzled with BBQ Sauce and sour cream in a whole grain tortilla.

Dinner on Sunday was some good old brats and beans.

Lunch on Monday. I had taken some leftover hot dogs, wrapped them in Italian sausage, dusted w/ rub, and threw the whole works onto the smoker. The next day I sliced it up and threw it on a wrap with some shredded cheese and heated it up.

For dinner on Tuesday, I took some boneless chops, coated them in lime juice and then dredged them through a flour and rub mixture, from there I tossed them into some grapeseed oil to fry up and added some Vidalia Onions.

I pulled all that out of the pan, added some olive oil, threw in some broccoli, garlic, and pasta and did a fry/coating of the whole works and served it up with the chops.

Then lastnight it was breakfast for dinner! SWMBO made me an awesome egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on some toasted Italian bread.

:laugh: it comes from the camera, I use my cel to take most of my pictures and I have to drop the white levels down or all the colors bleed out guess that's how the blue appeared in there.

Heck yeah! We used to do wraps at our shop, I did one called "Bought the farm" wrap, where it was pulled pork, shredded beef, and fajita chicken but layered in so you got one meat at a time on top of romaine lettuce with sour cream and BBQ Sauce on the top and then it was all rolled up. That there was some good eatin! :hungry:
