Rained out/tropical storm...

Got a butt ready to go - supposed to be blowing 30 knots+ with T-storms and rain. I don't feel like tending to the smoker in this mess.

Should I freeze it - or give it a whirl in the regular oven?

If you're going to be stuck inside anyway... the smell of that butt cooking all day would be pretty appealing to me.
