• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Question on Habs

I need help to a question on weather it would be ok to chop up some habs and add them to existing jams mix them well and put back in fridge. Is it possible?
 
if you are trying to make a pepper jelly its worth a shot. personally i mix mine in with whatever juice i am using in a blender. blend for a while then disregard the peppers but if you want some heat, try it.
 
It's worth a try. I usually make my jams/jellies with my habs on the front end. Also, the extra cooking of the jam helps to take out some of the heat but leave the flavor.

In fact, I'm going to be making some more peach/habanero and pineapple/habanero this afternoon.
