Just one guy's experience and not a blanket statement but I need to pass this on. I finally received my extracts from the above web site yesterday - too late to cook my ham. And for the second time, the package (envelope) was busted open. Looked like the Post Office taped it back up with their Priority tape. Darn lucky the goods didn't fall out again like they did the first time. I cant believe the dude sent them out in the same packaging after what happened the first time. And I sent him pictures! Why he thinks it makes sense to send glass bottles in something other than a box is a mystery to me.
