• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Pulled Turkey?

I will pull are chop our leftovers vac seal and use for casseroles that call for chicken, tacos, or whatever else we can think of.
 
I have seen it done--it's tricky though to avoid drying out.

Witts in Nashville has a surprisingly tasty pulled turkey for a BBQ chain (better than most of their stuff IMHO)--anyone have any guesses as to how they do that.
 
I did pulled turkey for my son's graduation party in June. I mixed the white and dark meat together.
It was pretty well received.
