Another first for France. I find myself needing extra capacity more and more lately. Last weekend Tushka did 12 full packers, 31 racks of belly ribs and I was a busy boy. 200 people for a dinner that started at 8:00 P.M and I started Thursday at 3:00 in the afternoon.
I have upgraded to a Ole Hickory CTO double wide. Tushka will still remain in the fold, she's my baby.
