• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

This looks good and would have been excellent except I got my cooker and pizza stone too hot and burnt the bottoms. Good idea, bad timing. I had this Knorr Roast Pepper sauce in the cabinet and mixed it up for the sauce. Dang sure wish I had been paying attention better.

you're right. it does look good!

I'd still eat that without a second thought.

lookin good to me!!! Hell, I just had a fried egg sammich..... No wife or kids tonight so just kicking back catching up on my reading.

That looks great!!! I've never had a bad pizza!!!

Looks good! Was it cooked on the Primo? I watch the pizzas like a hawk when I do them on the BGE ( peering into the lid vent w/ a flashlight, I don't want my hard work to go up in smoke!)

I wish I could say the same!!!

I do love pulled pork anything!!! Last night I stuffed peppers with pulled pork, dates, olives and cous cous (soaked in veg stock, with a couple of tbs of hasissa and some paprika and tumeric)and with a slab of motzy cheese on the top.

Pulled pork pizza is one of my faves... I do it on the grates, though... Add pulled pork, caramelized onions, a bit of cheddar on top, then drizzle bbq sauce on top of it all. It's good stuff! I then sometimes top with cole slaw when I serve it.
