Pulled Pork n Spare Ribs w/ Lots of prOn!

The 5lb Pork Shoulder went on at 250 for about 11 hours and probed juicy and tender at 174. For the ribs I used 3 different kinds of rubs, no foil on 2 of them, and smoked em for about 6 hours at around 225-250. Then I just put some good ole SBR on em the last few minutes and put em back on. One rack was foiled, basted with Apple Butter and Honey for about another 2, took em out of the foil and put em back on for another hour. For those ones didn't use any SBR. For the beans, the night before the cook I got 5 big cans of Bush's, 1 Green Pepper, 1 Onion, smoked 1Lb of Jimmy Dean Sage, 1lb Bacon, 1Lb of beef, added Garlic Salt, Pepper, and SBR. They sat in the fridge overnight until the last 2 hours of the BBQ. Then I put em in the oven at 375 for 2.5 hours! Everything was AMAZING!! Here comes the prOn!!! Enjoy!
