• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

From what I can tell horseshoes are fairly regional, but can be found elsewhere if you know where to look. The traditional horseshoe is grilled Texas toast covered with a hamburger patty covered with french fries covered with cheese, if your lucky you can get chili on top of that.

Some places will offer different meats; ham, turkey, etc. Tonite I made pulled pork horseshoes; two with chili, two without.

Man.....that looks good!!!

For breakfast, how about:
Texas toast
sliced fatty, your choice
hash browns/home fries
1 or 2 fried eggs
pepper cheese
chili
sliced japs
cheddar cheese
more chili

Damn, if that causes a heart attack:twisted:, who cares as long as you can finish it first:rolleyes::shock::biggrin:. At least it seems to cover all of the basic food groups except beer, and you can have that while you are cooking (as usual for me).

Looks like 3 out of 4 food groups are covered: BBQ, cheese, & chili.
Just missing the beer!

Damn that looks good... once again, I'm getting hungry looking at pron.

Beer is just out of the pic, it was a fully balanced meal:wink:

Next time add a little Ends & Pieces Bacon on the healthy (non-chili) side to make the two balance out.

Looks excellent! How did I miss another Illinois member coming on board?

Man that looks good, thanks for sharing, now I'll need to try that
