Decided to add a new little "sear station" to the lineup. Mainly plan on using this for searing stakes and using as a burner for my Lodge pans, I picked some up at Costco for outdoor cooking, crazy how good these things are for the price compared to my LeCreuset stuff.
Anyway back on topic, I'm going to order a Kick Ash Basket and probably some lava lock gasket as I don't think too highly of the standard KJ gaskets. I'd like to build a table that has a prep area in the middle,my KJ classic on one side and the Joe Jr on the other.
