somebody shut me the fark up.
I love fried dill pickles and have wrapped them in bacon before beer battering and frying. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=138755
This time I went with prosciutto and added panko for extra crunch.
I wrap the pickles in prosciutto, roll in flour, dip in beer batter then give them a layer of panko bread crumbs...
Fry til golden...
Probably not the healthiest supper but I was a happy girl. :-D
