It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. I usually smoke em 2 + 3 (BB). Is there a huge difference when pressure cooking before you smoke em….? Friend of mine swears by PC- not sure I would agree..? Would be great to hear some insight on this..?

Thanks!

Because he does not have a clue. Boiling, parboiling, pressurecooking, all make the meat very tender, which is a good thing, however, it renders down all of the fat and removes it from the meat. Fat is flavor, period. It needs to be in there.

What a great weekend!!!!! I never wavered and the ribs were incredible!! They fell off the bone! The best part of the day is that I gave over half of my feed to the neighbors!!!!

Thank Brethrens!

That avatar looks strangely familiar. Where have I seen a pegged legged chicken before? Never mind, it was a pegged legged duck!
