prep peppers?

I am taking some abt''s to PGBBQ can I go ahead and core and prep the peppers and then when I get there just fill the peppers and throw them on some borrowed smoker space?

You could do a full prep (stuffed and ready to go) a day in advance and keep in the fridge until ready to transport or smoke if that floats your boat...

You can clean, fill, and wrap ahead of time! :-D
Works wonderful, even to the point of freezing for later if needed.

When you get there, just find some fire and "cook on".
Save that prep time for "socializing".
