Prefer The Taste Of Grilled

I’m a griller,a smoker and a midnite toker,,,,,
LOL,,,,
Grill every day and smoke most every weekend,,,,,and PBRs,,,,before midnite
 
That was good work on having the Bride mow the lawn just before you took the photo. :becky:
 
Prefer grilled. Looks top drawer from here. "Smokey ribs" did some some ribs on his santa Marie...looked damn amazing.
...hope I got that video pilot right, lad is out of Mississippi...he goes well.

I will often smoke ribs, slice and freeze. Then grab 4/5 and reheat by grilling and basting. Good ribs.
However I’ve never just grilled straight up first fire. Unless you count hanging vertically in barrels. That I’ve done a bunch
 
My preferred method is indirect cooking.
Is that grilling or smoking... or something altogether different ???
 
You can't beat the flavor of direct heat cooking—at least on a few things. Steak cuts is a given, pork and chicken. Best pulled pork I can cook comes straight out of the PBC, not even the stick burner can match it IMO
