I'm going to cook a bunch this weekend for a family reunion.

I'm doing 1 big brisket, 2 pork shoulders, 6 racks of spares, ABT's, wings, sausages and baked beans.

I'm thinking about prepping the ABT's a day ahead of the cook. Anyone see any issues with that? I figure they hang out in the fridge wrapped in bacon and stuffed and shouldn't be much of an issue.

Also, wondering how far in advance I could put all the baked bean ingredients together and throw the pan in the fridge before I put them on the smoker. Maybe even two days ahead of time wrapped in plastic wrap in the pan, then just stir it all up and throw it on the smoker?

The meats I'm used to, and pretty straight forward.

I think they both will be fine. I wouldnt put together the beans any earlier than 2 days though. Sounds like a heck of a meal!
