• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I thawed out one of those White/Dark Pre fabbed Turkey roast and Im pretty much at a loss of what to do with it. The basic olive oil and rosemary and smoke is all and good; but I want something DIFFERENT... let's hear it
 
I am doing a beer can chicken right now and wanted something different too so the wifey mixed up some achiote paste and it is in the oven cooling right now. I kinda farked up the skin trying to do it at 300 instead of my standard 225-250 but it had a killer color most of the way til i farked it up! lol

Edit: No I did not do it in the oven, it was hot smoked, just letting it rest there.
