What's your favorite ribs to buy gonna try prairie fresh ribs next time smoked Smithfield Xtra tender yesterday was not impressed with the texture smelled like ham while I was smoking them but didn't taste like ham but they had a ham texture

Prairie Fresh is my favorite brand of commodity pork to cook.

Smithfield is the bottom of the barrel (I would not spend my money on that trash)

Prairie fresh is at the top, sadly it is not sold here often, but when I see it, I buy it.

My absolute favorites used to be the full spares from creekstone but they only sell St Louis now which i don't like nearly as much. Prairie Fresh are my favorite commodity ribs but they can be hard to find sometimes. Smithfield is total junk i won't buy them.

I used to love the IBP ribs from Sam's. But most of the one's around me closed up. Prairie Fresh is now my go to when possible.

I cook almost exclusively Prairie Fresh. Mainly because my brother works for the parent company and I get to use his employee discount
