• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I have 3 breast quarters, 12 thighs, 3 fatties (country mild, hot and maple),a rack of BB's and a pork loin in the beast. The thighs are competition practice and everything else is just cause I was farkin' hungry when I went to pick up the thighs. Trying Bill's fatty 3-2-1 on the JD and JMinions suggestion on the thighs.

What y'all got goin' on the grates this weekend?

Bill, you're a bastige, I am totally hooked on the pork loins.
 
I will have a 9# BB being pulled, 3 racks of spare ribs, 2 beer butt chickens fixed the Bandera Bretheren award winng way, and 3 fatties also, 1 maple, 1 hot, 1 sage.
 
Practice ribs and chicken thighs on tap for tomorrow -- I'm also doing a small pork butt - mainly for the juice. Trying a sauce experiment and need the pork au juice!!!

You are most welcome! I'm using one myself this afternoon. I stopped by Big Lots yesterday and they were OUT!! Guess we got the last 8 or so!! :D

The pork will be tomorrows lunch, sorry! :D

I've got the ribs going in the horizontal (along with the pork butt) and 8 chicken thighs in the ECB. Experiments with seasoning and timing.

I've got some more thighs that will make the ultimate sacrifice in and hour or so and become part of this evening's festivities!! :D

Good eats: ribs, que chicken, grilled chicken -- yummm!!

They never have them at the Big Lots in my area. I just have to cook my butts by sight and feel. I got two in THe smoker now. Check "The way to start the day..." thread.
 
Did a practice run of the chicken under bricks last night and am doing another one today on the Weber Performer. The 'Dera is getting loaded with 11 lbs. of baby backs, 3 lbs. of almonds and a couple of fatties. Come to think of it I may have to put a turd on or two.
