Potato Roll BLT's

Actually I skip the lettuce, so I guess I'm making BT's. Phil mentioned potato rolls the other day, got me thinking...I love 'em and I've been hankerin' for a Bacon sammich for a while now. Went to Brees' Quality Meats as they have the best bacon in town. It's one of the few real butchers around here. It's the place where hunters take their stuff to be processed etc. Picked up some potato rolls at the bakery and grabbed a few tomatoes from the garden, slather a bit of mayo....yum


Is there anything bacon can't do?

Personally, I fry in the kitchen, and dont get anyone walking by (cept the dog when she wants a foot in her ass)
