Post blizzard fatties,ABT pics

I fired up the 008 and made some munchies for the bowl games. I used some brats uncased 2- types of Italian sausage hot and sweet. with a chili pepper stuffed with brat meat and cheese. I also used Head Country and Big Bob Gibson rub,mozzerella cheese, american cheese,onion,peppers,Famous Daves bbq sauce,and maple bacon.

Looked real fine. Try one of those disposable mesh trays and the fatties will retain a nice shape and the fat will still drain. Also the fatties won't lock onto the racks. They do look good though.
