• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I did two thick porterhouses last night, one with S&P and one with Big Ron's! Also grilled some potatoes, corn and red onions. Big Ron's is perfect on steak, nice smokey flavor from the cumin!!
 
I love a big fat steak. Medium is my favorite and I love stiring the juice into my baked tater.

When Porter Houses are on sale, I choose the ones with the biggest Filet portion and cut them off the bone and have a nice filet meal, then a nice KC Strip meal. Great Steak when you can get it on sale!! Not to be confused with a T-Bone--- Very small filet side. I salt and pepper and use some Spicewine Gourmet Blend All Seasoning ( not on the market yet ) cooked Med. Rare!!!!!
