• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Gang, I need some recommendations on where to locate and inspect for purchase a portable sink for competition use. It can either be self containing or I can stick a tank near it but the assumption is:

1. Water is provided at the event by a hose connection
2. I need to contain my used water for removal afterwards.

Show me some pics of your own units if you have them!! I've got about two months to iron this issue out.

This is probably the least cost option...

Another option is the Coleman On Demand water heater and some bus tubs.

We use disposable everything and bring what is dirty home to wash. We don't wash anything on site unless we need to use it more than once.

We heat water in a LP turkey fryer and hold it in an Igloo drink cooler.
For sinks we use three bus tubs on a table. We pretty much only wash knives and whatever we may have cooked in/with Friday night.

Go to concessionsinks.com They have a couple of different sizes to choose from. Out here in California some county's are not allowing the tub system anymore so we bought one of these. So far no problems with the health inspector.

lol....that would solve my problem fairly quickly. You build that? Very nice looking rig.

Yeah, I designed and built that. It's got an on-board water pump 12VDC, propane fired water heater, a clean water tank, a waste water tank, 1000 w inverter/charger, and a deep cycle battery.

I am 99% sure I have seen this smoker, and must say that it is beautifully put together. Not to mention the color is fantastic in person.

It was built by Yoder Smokers for Smoke On Wheels BBQ team (Andy Groneman). The color is actually a Corvette paint, sunset mango or something like that, I can't remember exactly. This trailer made its debut at the Royal last year.

Thanks for the lead here....these sinks are half what I'm seeing on other sites.
