pork wings?

Alright, I was in PA over the weekend. Harrisburg to be more specific. Had my first taste of pork wings. They weren't bbq'ed, but they were damn good!

Now my question is, I live on Long Island, where can I get these, and what exactly is this cut of meat.

Farmland came out with these about 4 years ago I think. I saw them first at the big NRA food show in Chicago. I haven't seen them in markets here in SW MO but imagine some markets may carry. The are basically a shank. Here is a link to the Farmland site and the product.
