• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I started at 275 not moved it up to 325 been on 90 minutes and the bacon isn't there yet?
 
Hope this is too late. You're not still cooking them? I do 275-300* and cook till they bacon starts to get firm. They'll carry over a bit too. They don't need to be crisp.

Hope they turned out good.
 
I usually cook them around 250 for 2hrs. I have tried various temps and times and the bacon never gets real crispy
 
I've stopped using thick cut bacon on them... and I try to smoke at 250-275F for about 90-120 minutes. When I've gone higher, the sausage has crisped a bit too much on the bottom for my taste.
 
thanks guys they were done when I checked right after posted the question

the bacon turned slightly crispy, I just don't like it flubbery.
 
I'm gonna try a couple more with different flavors today maybe add maybe add some spicy teryaki or bbq sauce.

Just trying thing out before super bowl
