xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Ya saw that Kroger sale which isn't very common for GA. There's a kroger close to the house and I always swing by the meat even if I'm not there for it and it's pretty much always around $2/lb. They carry both the fresh butts and the enhanced ones.
Aldi is newly in SoCal. This week Boneless Butts are $1.49 lb.
I'd rather they were bone-in and cheaper, but Boston shoulders have been making apppearances quite rarely in our local ads for the last couple of years. Allthough Boneless Pork Loin is frequently on sale at ever lowering prices, I've seen it for as low as $1.29 lb. Dave

I remember hearing that heading into Fall was the time that a lot of Pork goes on sale, because Pork Purveyors would "thin out the herd" for the winter, so they had less livestock to feed - anybody know if that's actually true or not? If it is, we might be seeing a number of pork sales coming up...:clap2:
I wish we had Bi Lo's around here. While they aren't as large as some of the other grocery chains the meat sales are always better. And most of all I buy it produce stuff or meat. I don't need a million isles of things :grin:

Trying to figure out a way to get around the 2 pack limit at Bi-Lo i want to stock up for the winter.
Go in buy two. Go to car and back in store to self check out. Over and over. Or take wife and even kids and everybody checks out and there you have a nice stock lol.
