Making a pork loin for the potluck at work this week. Smithfield stepped up with a nice one! Lump and a couple of hickory chunks for smoke.
Cut in half for easier handling and two kinds of rub:

New rub one of my kids got me for Christmas. Both get this and one gets a layer of Habanero Death Dust as well:

Hit it with a glaze/sauce of Fresh Squeezed OJ, Blues Hogg, and a bit of ground up Dominator Sweet Rib Rub:
