Mr Yo$****as Rib and Wing Sauce here for bout 2 hrs before they hit the grill. The fresh pineapple had cane sugar and cayenne (out of dark brown sugar). PDG for a 1.50 worth of meat. My butcher has taken an interest in all that I’m cooking for some reason and he cut me up 12 lbs of bottom round (2.99/lb) for a batch of jerky this weekend and I’ll be putting that in the cure tomorrow night and smoking it Sunday if I don’t bump it up.
