loaded the stove top smoker up with some blue gum chips

i then prepped the pork and sword fish a couple of hours before. the port with shallots, capsicum, bbq sauce and some classic american pilsner that i have on tap atm. the sword fish got ginger, shallots, capsicum and lemon juice.

set the smoker going, see not much gets out.

didnt get any pics of the fish sorry swmbo devoured it before i got a chance. next time though.
 
blue gum is a local tree, its a eucalyptus or gum tree. its a nice and mild smoke.
capsicum is what we call the big peppers
 
The pork looks great Barls! I bet the swordfish was tasty too!
