• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

And when I cook it there is always left overs. Haven't figured out how to smoke a pork butt for one. :frown:

:biggrin: Actually, it's not brown sugar. It's garam masala - corriander,cumin,ginger, red chili,clove,cinnamon and bay leaves....Dang! This ought to be an awsome rub!:eek:

Great job Guerry, it all looks wonderful...I'm going to have to try the sweet potato with some garam marsala I made, very cool idea.
