Did some pork chops that were marked down together with some corn and squash. Whole meal cost under 7.00 for two. I marinated the pork chops in balsamic vinagrette and sprinkled 2 with plowbows and 2 with some maple rub from vermont. They were very juicy and tender for pork chops. I cooked them to between 155 and 160 degrees. On with the Pron
