Pork Chops and a lesson learned

the wife had some center cut chops in the freezer that I let her talk me into grilling up. Marinated for a couple hours in Kens Greek dressing, grilled at 450 til 160 int. They were juicy and just done enough, though the marinade didn't add much. A little more carmelization/char would have taken them from good to great.

oh and the lesson?
don't leave your pit probe in while making a lava bed
