• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I could see using one of those if you have alot of meat - like over 50lbs to do at a time, but I'm willlingto bet it would take more time to clean than it would save for less meat.

Exactly what I was thinking. Sorta like getting out the Cuisinart to chop an onion.

I think Parrothead used his big Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook. As I recall he liked the results.

*edit: My recall doesn't work very well sometimes. Age thing.*

Looks to me like you can take it apart and put the pieces into the dishwasher. But I wonder what the price is. I get worried when companies don't put thier price with the item.
