Pork butt for the Irish beat down of Ohio St.

Doing a pork butt right now in 15 degree temps for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs Ohio St Cockeyes game tomorrow. The game is at 11:00 mountain time or I would have smoked it the same day as the game.

I'm trying out Royal oak lump for the first time. Right now my little mini is rock solid at 260. I can't give the Royal oak any credit for that yet because the mini holds like a rock at any temp I want it to when I use KBB. I don't know why the pic is side ways but I took the pic so you can see the tbs coming out.

Looks like it shredded well...Was it moist?

How long did you let it rest?

Super moist. Let it rest for about 1hr 45 min. Took it to an IT of 203 and it shredded great.
