pork belly on Akorn Jr

This was my first low and slow on the Akorn Jr. It held 250 quite well for 5 hours. Perhaps even better than my BKK.


I have had the JR for about a week now. I love it for searing steaks and burgers and at 35 lbs, I can stick in the shed when it cools down. I will try some ribs next week to see how it does on a longer low and slow.
