I believe Guy was recently looking for a BBQ place in NJ.

I have just been advised of this place in Madison, NJ through a friend of mine. Apparently he knows the chef, Brian Mottola. For what it's worth he worked under Emeril at some point, if that holds any value. The menu looks pretty high end for a BBQ place. I have no idea if it's good yet.
As a side note - My friend, Pat Povalitis, agruably the world's greatest steel bender will be putting on a demonstration in late January at the restaurant as part of a DVD release party of another strongman's act. $40 a head for a three couse dinner at the place that night.I may go if I can make it.
Among Pat's many feats are the ability to bend genuine #4 handcrafted horseshoes in a heart shape in a matter of seconds Bending a Draft Horsehoe into a S shape, tearing license plates in half, rolling frying pans w/ one hand, tearing decks of true playing cards, bending a 6" piece of drill rod almost 3/4" in diameter in half, all with his bare hands. Often while handing ridiculous weights from his head etc. all at 6 ft tall and 170 lbs.
I doubt anyone here besides me is into this stuff, but if you want to see something freaky, check out some amazing pics of my two buddies, Pat (from NJ)and Steve Weiner (Merrick,NY), putting on a demo at my friend's house last yearto raise money for a Long Island charity (Lakeview Youth Federation).

Please note, these two men, are purely drug free, use no tricks and are just absolutely insane and two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They have tought me a few things and a few months back with tons of practice I finally rolled a few frying pans up already and bent a few 1/4" nails at 6" in length. Haven't tried in months....
