10lb prime rib was prepped mixing a cup of teriyaki, a cup of wooster, and a bottle of Kitchen Bouquet. Then added Montreal Steak to the mix, and bathed the roast overnight. Before cooking, I added more Montreal Steak. I smoked it over RO lump at 350* until the beef reached an internal temp of 125*. I then rolled the roast over a hot bed of embers to create a searing crust. As you can see, I did alright.:thumb:

Nice job Shane. I did one also - camera didn't show up :oops:

The funnest part was searing the chit out of it over hot coals to finish it off. Talk about a fire!! Talk about a great bark!
