• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Read the article with my coffee on the train ride in this morning.

Showed my brother and told him this is what it's all about. He rolled his eyes and claimed that it was just a fad ... yet he never fails to shows up at my door whenever I'm cooking! (He does live next door, so unless the wind is in the wrong direction he knows shortly after I start.)

You'd have to know my brother to understand! Wait a minute though, I've known him his entire life and I sometimes don't understand him. :confused:


Now to stay somewhat on topic, that is what's great about the BBQ Brethren ... brothers that you can understand!
 
I got a few comical phone calls this morning requesting autographs, personal appearances and a few take out orders. :eek:

Seems everyones a comedian today. :mrgreen: :cool:

Way to go Phil. My wife was just going thru the paper and said "do you know this guy?" She recognized the name and the Brethren reference. Good publicity for you and the Brethren also. Congrats.

So you local boys saw it in today's Newsday? I picked up a copy and didn't see it but may have been missing a section or something. Will buy one or 100 more tonight!
 
i havent seen it yet either, but the neighbors who called said it was the the center page of part II in the food section.
