well i got Plowboys Rub Sample in the mail today.
i decided to try it on some bone-in pork chops. i bbq'd them. they didnt last 5 minutes once i brought them in the house. they were absolutely amazing
i served them with chopped potatoes covered in basil and oil. some lemon pepper. then i diced onions and fresh garlic and mixed it all in. baked it for 2 hours. served up with the chops.
sorry no pictures were taken... but we still have a little left over... enough for a couple more chops. so pron will be taken for yall then!
