Hello, my name is Tim, and I'm a smoker. It all began a long time ago........
I've been a member of 2 or three other forums, and some of my friends have steered me here. This looks to be a super site, and I'm looking forward to contributing to it.

Some of the things I like to do are fish, travel to different parts of the world, kill tasty animals with guns then cook them, oh, and did I mention smoke things. I'm not a comp cooker, I enjoy a more relaxed pace w/ no pressure, but I've been at it for about 30 years.
