Here are a few step by step pics of the pizza that I made a week or so ago.

I made the dough from Artisan Bread in 5 Mins a Day. You can't go wrong with their process. The pics show step by step what I did so I want list out every step. I will tell you that I cooked the pizza at 550 degrees.

I always have a bag of shreaded Mozz. in the ice box so we can throw a pie together quickly. Since I have been making bread for a long time now, I always have two full containers of dough ready at all times.

Artisan Bread in Mins a day has a great basic recipe that will stay for a week in the fridge so I always have some on hand and ready to go.

Fresh mozz. along with fresh Basil is great on pizza. Now you got me wanting to go get some and start cooking.

Nice pizza Guido...

I would have taken you for a fresh mozz.. guy but I bet your son loved the regular mozz. !!!

thanks for sharing

What Phubar said!! I hope he said, "thats a fine looking pizza!" I love the "whole" olive thingy!

Can you share that bread recipe?
