• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Looks wild Rick! BTW do you have stock in the company that makes the disposable grids?

we were talking about doing that at OK Joes at lunch today! looks good.

Rick, did it ALL crisp up doing it that way? Looks marbelous!

kinda sorta... i flipped them at 20 minutes and painted on a light brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and a little maple syrup melt, then let em go for another 20 minutes. all at 320 degrees. probably coulda went longer, but the brown sugar in the drip pan was starting to burn

flipping was interesting... i used another aluminum screen on top and quickly flipped it over

Presheate how you did it...trying to get the center crisp looked like a challenge. That weave thing is pretty cool for a presentation!

Rick... You have too much time on your hands! Weaving bacon... What's next? Crocheted spaghetti?

I would put it on a plate with a little hammer and let folks smash off a piece.
