I got some pics of my new smoker build. My original build was a 30x80 but after talking to Tyler of Shirley Fabrication, a 30x75 (straight back)with additional racks and different upgrades will give me more cooking space. This will be mounted on an elevated trailer and will have some very custom personalization. Looking good Tyler and Paul! Cant wait to pick it up next week!
