• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

If I wasn't in Ventura and Santa Barbara this weekend, I would have been upset that I wasn't invited.

Tell up about the pasta shells...

Now, if I could only figure out how to add the captions between each pic! Let's see if I can recap...
1st pic is my Baby!
2nd is ribs and pork blade roast after about 2 hours
3rd is ribs, bbq beans, and roast foiled up
4th is Double-Smoked Salmon, seafood stuffed sweet peppers, and da beans!
5th is, well, if you don't know what those are lemme know and I'll come slap you upside your head.
6th and 7th are the food after I had served, started to eat, and realized I didn't have any after pics!!

Enjoy, we did!

Ah, the pasta shells were made by a visitor. She made them exactly as you would Mexican rice, but used pasta instead of the rice...very interesting and very yummie!

Hmmmmmm, we got a new Bretheren that lives in the 92648 area code and cooks like that? Not to mention on a double barrel shotgun lookin contraption.
I knew I was smellin somethin over here at Deleware and Memphis....

Great looking grub.

And I like your toe ring too

Sombody obviously knows some chit up north!! Never used a glass dish before on my smoker....why I have no idea!!

Looks great, all of it. I like your cooker, looks like you know how to use it.

Country that food looked as good going in as it did coming out. I’ll tell you guys the smell of red oak burning all day was a good thing coming from Country’s house. Between his cooking and ours HB was a great place to be yesterday...

Wind must have been offshore - No wiff of it here in Garden Grove, but sure looks great! The vitamin water is a nice touch!

Everything looks great, but the stuffed sweet peppers caught my eye. Awesome. What did you stuff with? I caught the "seafood", assuming crab?

Ah, you assume wrong, young grasshopper! The stuffing consists of shrimp, scallops, breadcrumbs, walnuts, and pecans ground up in the processor.
